Change password

If you know your password, you can change it in Settings. If you don’t remember your password, you can change it using an email verification link.

When you change your password, you will be signed out of Gomates on all your other devices.

If you forgot your password

1. Go to Gomates and click Sign In.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your email address and click Submit.
4. Check your email for a link to reset your password. You may need to check your spam folder for this message.

To change your password while signed in

1. On your Home page, click to open Settings.
2. Click Password.
3. Enter your old password and new password, then click Save.
